iTracer Software License Agreement
Application version 1.6.3
You must have a valid iTracer™ account and authorization from the account owner to use this application. By accessing, downloading, or using iTracer Maps, you agree to this Software License Agreement.
1. Limited license
Subject to your valid iTracer account and any written agreement applicable to that account, iTracer Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software solely for authorized fleet, vehicle, vessel, and related location services.
2. Account security
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You may not attempt to access another account or data for which you are not authorized.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, defeat security controls, interfere with the service, or use the software or location data in violation of law, third-party map-provider terms, or an applicable customer agreement.
4. Ownership
The software, branding, interfaces, and related intellectual property remain the property of iTracer Inc. or their respective licensors. iTracer™ is a trademark of iTracer Inc.
5. Service availability and map data
Location, map, imagery, weather, and other third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. The software is not a substitute for emergency, navigation, aviation, maritime-safety, or life-safety systems.
6. Warranty and liability
Except as stated in a separately executed written agreement, the software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability is limited as provided by the governing written agreement for your iTracer account.
7. Termination
Your permission to use the software ends when your account or authorization ends, or when use violates this agreement. On termination, you must stop using the software.
8. Controlling agreement
If your organization has a separately executed iTracer license, subscription, service, or customer agreement, that agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.
